The Journey Middle School Parent Advisory Council (PAC) plays an important role in supporting our students, staff, and school community. Through fundraising, volunteering, and community partnerships, the PAC helps provide valuable resources, supports field trips, organizes school dances and special events, and enhances opportunities that enrich the middle school experience for all students.
The support of parents and caregivers makes a tremendous difference. Whether you can volunteer regularly or lend a hand occasionally, every contribution helps create memorable experiences and opportunities for our students.
We are always looking for new members and volunteers to join our PAC. Getting involved is a great way to connect with other families, support student success, and contribute to the positive culture that makes Journey such a special place.
Volunteer opportunities throughout the year include:
- School dances
- Field trips
- PAC events and family nights
- JURO Day
- Wednesday lunch supervision (approximately one hour)
- After-school sporting events
- Driving and transportation support for activities and events
No experience is necessary, and any amount of time you can offer is greatly appreciated.
Parents and caregivers are a vital part of our school community. Together, we help make Journey a place where students feel connected, supported, and excited to learn every day.
