With nearly 800 students attending Spencer Middle School, we ask families to report student absences by email rather than by phone. Please email spencermiddleschool@sd62.bc.ca and cc your child's teacher to ensure attendance information is received and processed efficiently. Attendance changes cannot be made after the school day has ended. If you would like to review your child's attendance record, you can do so at any time through the MyEd BC Parent Portal.

Closed Campus

Spencer is a closed campus. This means, when students arrive on the school grounds, they are to stay on school grounds until 2:51 at the end of the day. Thank you for respecting this rule which helps keep all students safe.
