👩💼 President – Jen Temple
Leads PAC meetings, works with school leadership, and helps guide the big-picture goals of the PAC. The go-to person for all things PAC-related!
👩💼 Vice-President – Amy Flannigan
Supports the President, helps with events, and steps in when needed.
💰 Treasurer – Sarah Thomas
Keeps track of PAC finances, prepares budgets, and reports on how funds are used.
📝 Secretary – Melissa Tierney
Takes notes during meetings, handles PAC documents, and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
🎈 Fundraising Coordinators – Lindsey Keats & Megan Moore

Plan and organize fun ways to raise money for the school — from book sales to walk-a-thons to big events!
🍕 Hot Lunch Coordinators – Jen MacDonald & Charlotte Mills
Manage the school’s hot lunch program — ordering, organizing, and making sure our Bears are well-fed and happy on hot lunch days!

Creates PAC emails, newsletters, social posts, and helps get the word out about school events and updates.
🤝 SPEAC Rep (Sooke Parent Advisory Council) – Genevieve Evelyn
Attends district-wide meetings with the Sooke Parent Education Advisory Council and brings updates back to the Poirier PAC.
🚨 Emergency Preparedness Coordinator – Amy Flannigan
Helps the school stay ready for emergencies by organizing supplies and supporting school safety planning.
