Strong Start will be opening on Tuesday, October 22. 2026! 

We would like to welcome Suzanne Miner as our Strong Start Coordinator.

The hours will be 8:30-11:30 AM Monday – Friday. The Strong Start calendar runs the same as the school calendar.

8:30 - 11:30 a.m. | Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri (indoors)

8:30 - 11:30 a.m. | Thurs (Goldie Park)

The program will run on a drop-in basis so you will not need to pre-register your child before you arrive.

Weather restrictions for outdoor Strong Start Programs:

If the administration and/or Strong Start Facilitator feel that the program participants are at risk due to weather including high winds (30 km/hour + and swaying tree tops); persistent, strong rainfall; lightening; and/or temperatures below -5 degrees C, then program will end/close for the day.
