Welcome to Sooke Elementary School!

Whether you are a returning family or joining our school community for the first time, we are thrilled to welcome you to a new school year. Sooke Elementary is a place where every student belongs, grows, and thrives.

Our commitment begins with creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, respected, and secure. We believe that true learning happens when students feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and exploring new ideas. With an open-minded approach to growth and discovery, our dedicated staff strives to nurture curiosity and spark a lifelong passion for knowledge.

Education is a shared journey, and collaboration between home, school, and our broader community is key to our students' success. When we work together, we build a strong network of support that helps every child reach their full potential. Above all, we guide our daily interactions with kindness, ensuring that our school remains a warm, empathetic, and encouraging place for everyone.

Thank you for being such a vital part of our school community. Here’s to a wonderful year of growing and learning together!

Warmly,

Glenn Gibson
