2026-27 INFORMATION
Counsellors have been working hard on completing schedules, but we need students to help with identifying any concerns. Students who are missing requirements or have an empty block in their schedule need to book an appointment with their counsellor.
During the first week, Counsellors will be seeing students by grade level:
- Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026: GR 12s
- Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026: GR 11s
- Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026: GR 10s
- Friday, Sept. 11, 2026: GR 9s
**Course changes end on Friday, September 11, 2026**
Students/Parent(s)/Guardian(s) May Book Appointments with their Counsellor
Following these Steps:
- Click “Book a Counselling Appointment“
- Choose the type of appointment
- Choose your alpha counsellor of record
- Pick a time that works for you. Don’t forget to set a reminder for yourself!
- Enter your details
- Type in your name and school email address
- If you like, you can add a special request (ex. Phone Call Request) Please include the preferred number to call you at.

Counsellor Support
We are here to support you in whatever way we can.
Please come down to the Counselling Suite to see your counsellor if:
- You are feeling suicidal or in crisis
- You need some emotional support
- You are worried about a friend
- You are having problems with your friends
- You are having problems with relationships
- You’d like to be connected with community resources
- You need help seeing the Doctor at the Royal Bay Wellness Centre
- You are having problems academically
- You have some questions regarding your transcript and/or grad requirements
- You would like to talk about your future plans and/or post-secondary education
- You need to complete a course change
- You need to complete or adjust your course selection (Jan- April)
